Isomax Via 200 is a polyester-reinforced bitumen membrane modified with APP (Atactic Polypropylene).

Sealing water in road projects is made easier with Isomax (Via), a modified and reinforced polyester matt.

Isomax (Via) is designed for construction projects that require high durability. It is resistant to temperature fluctuations, ensuring high durability and maximum protection against damage. Being a wear-resistant product, it can be used for all sealing applications, ensuring high performance.

Via provides protection at high temperatures and uses a high-quality polyester (200 g/m²) as a reinforcement material, which helps the material adhere well to surfaces and acts as a protective layer.

Areas of Use

ABB modified Isomax VIA can be used in all areas requiring waterproofing, such as concrete bridges, culverts, highways, and projects with high tensile strength requirements.

Application

Attached by torch welding, loosely laid, the material is fully bonded to the substrate. When loosely laid, only the overlaps are bonded together. The ridges are sealed according to specifications.

Storage and Storage

Coils must be installed upright on the transport vehicle, and manual storage and transportation are carried out in the same manner.
They must not be exposed to ultraviolet radiation and sudden temperature changes.
Coils must be covered to protect them from ultraviolet radiation if they are to be stored for long periods.
No cuts or perforations should be made after use.
They must not be exposed to ultraviolet radiation after use without a metal stone plate or protective sheath.
Coils must not be stacked on top of each other if stored without wooden pallets.
Only two layers should be stacked on top of each other if stored with wooden pallets.
