Dadco Polyester DP-140 is a high-performance waterproofing and moisture-proofing roll that provides protection for structures and buildings against weather conditions due to its complete stability at high temperatures and flexibility at low temperatures. Dadco Polyester DP-140 rolls are made from oxidized bitumen with added chemicals and additives to improve product quality. They are reinforced with a 140 gsm polyester layer, giving Dadco Fiber rolls the highest tensile modulus in their class.

Application

 

Dadco DP-140 Polyester Rolls are suitable for all waterproofing applications, including roofs, tanks, tunnels, parking lots, and wet areas (such as kitchens and bathrooms).

Tools Required for Installation

A measuring tape, gloves, goggles, a gas stove, a knife, and two trowels.

 

Installation Method

 

The concrete surface must be clean and free of dust, impurities, and oils. Then, coat the surface with Dadco D-41 Primer using a brush or roller. Allow the surface to dry for a short time. The rolls are then spread over the surface, aligning the two rolls 10 cm apart. Heat them with a gas stove from the bottom and sides, but do not overheat. Ensure the edges of the roll adhere well to prevent water leakage.

Packaging and Storage

 

Dadco DP-140 polyester rolls are produced in 1 x 10 meters, and custom sizes are also available upon request. Rolls are placed on pallets and wrapped in plastic for protection. Rolls must be stored vertically, with no objects placed on the pallet.

 

Health and Safety

 

All health and safety precautions must be taken during installation. A fire extinguisher must be available on site, and technicians must wear safety equipment during installation.
