MC-1 is a cold-applied, easy-to-apply product that requires no dilution or heating and complies with the requirements and specifications of ASTM D-2027. It is blended with a penetrating grade of bitumen, intermediate curing solvents, and waiting and saturating additives.
Uses
Conforms to MOC specifications for road and bridge construction, for treating road surfaces and pavements as a primer. Masonry, protective coatings, dams, foundations, temporary concrete, etc., and soil stabilization.
Application
Suitable for use in pavement construction and maintenance as specified in the Ministry of Commerce specifications. It is ideal for primer application. MC-1 is applied to asphalt or granular surfaces using truck-mounted spray equipment.

MC1 should be stored in a covered, ventilated warehouse at temperatures between 5 and 30°C. A shelf life of 24 months can be expected for unopened, properly stored containers.

Health and Safety

Skin: Avoid repeated or prolonged skin contact. If contact occurs, clean with soap and water.
Eyes: No special precautions are required. However, if eye contact causes irritation, rinse with clean water.
